The Hionec Fresh rechargeable hearing aids will last for up to 30 hours on one charge. With the charging case, you will get another 60 hours of backup power for a total of 90 hours of listening time. Hionec Fresh will be fully charged within 3 hours. Say goodbye to changing batteries.

Fresh is suitable for individuals with mild to severe hearing loss.
Remove the Green Sticker at the bottom of the Hionec Fresh hearing aids before charging. The Green Sticker protects the hearing aids from discharging during shipping.
Make sure the charging contacts are secure. The Hionec Fresh is charging when the Orange light is on.
The Green lights indicate the charging case battery. Please make sure the charging case has sufficient power.
Hionec Fresh provides up to 30 hours of listening, and 60 hours of back up power with charging case.
It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge.
Press the Volume Up button to increase the volume.
Press the Volume Down button to decrease the volume.
2 beeps can be heard when the volume is max or min.
Hionec Fresh has 3 programs:
Normal – applicable for a quiet environment such as watching TV or other family activities at home.
Noise Cancelling Mode – applicable for cafes, meetings, or walking in the park.
Outdoor Mode – applicable for parties, restaurants, or walking on the street.
Long press the Volume Up button for 3 seconds to switch between 3 programs.
The feedback may happen if there is too much space between the ear domes and your ears. Change the suitable ear domes that suit your canal which could fix the feedback problem.
