Refund policy

Note: Hionec’s official sales channels are only Amazon and Online Store. We are not responsible for any after-sales issues for products that are not sold in these two channels.

 

 

  1. We offers a 45-days trial period 

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 45 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Hionec warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. We will refund you within 5 business days. 

   

 

Returns must include all accessories 

Items must include original packaging, in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. 

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs; Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free products or gift cards. 

For non-quality related warranty claims, Hionec refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself 

Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements 

Refund requests for the 45-day money back guarantee expire 45 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 45-day window has lapsed. For purchases not made directly through Hionec’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below. 

 

  

 

  1. Step Easy Return/Exchange Process

 

Step1: Contact the website customer service contact@hionec.io to apply for return/exchange. 

 

Step 2: Make sure you meet all return request criteria and send all necessary documents and images to our customer service. 

 

Step 3: After confirmation, send the product back to us and contact the website customer service to inform the tracking number of the returned package. 

 

Pack the product in its original packaging and packaging to ensure the product is returned undamaged. 

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product arrives without damage. 

 

We will notify you within 3 business day after we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, our customer service representative will contact you and we will process a refund/exchange or store credit within 5 business days. 

 

*Please note that application does not imply approval. HIONEC reserves the right to reject any application. **Please also note that products purchased through authorized retailers must follow the retailer’s return policy and cannot be returned directly to HIONEC. ** 

 

  

 

  1. Not covered under warranty:

 

Products without sufficient proof of purchase 

Lost or stolen products 

Non-quality-related issues (after 45 days of purchase) 

Free products 

Repairs made through 3rd parties 

Damage from external sources 

Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly) 

Purchases from illegitimate resources 

  

 

  1. Hionec is not liable for:

 

Loss of data incurred from use of Hionec products 

Returning personal items sent to Hionec 

When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Hionec does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
